Kelly from Bracknell PCF trained as a facilitator in November. She reflects, “I thought the HPC course was fantastic. It’s truly shifted my mindset, opening my eyes to a whole new perspective. Now, I find myself applying what I’ve learned in every part of my life. It’s amazing to reflect on how I used to see things and recognize how much I’ve grown. The course is not only interactive and empowering but has also helped me build a supportive community of other parent carers who truly understand the journey. We’re in it together, sharing experiences and lifting each other up.”
