Facilitator Network Meetings

We have termly meetings with our lead trainer, Bel, for all our trained facilitators to connect with each other and share best practice.

Top tips have included:

Over recruiting for courses to allow for participants dropping out last minute
Meeting participants beforehand to make sure they know the commitment involved
Advertising on social media
Managing a waiting list
Welcome ‘treat packs’ for participants with colouring pencils, chocolate bars, tea bags
Funding ideas to train more pairs and fund resources
