Louise reflects on her experience of the HPC programme recently run in Exmouth.
“A fantastic course to either learn, or be reminded, how to take care of yourself with a group of people which have (and understand) the same challenges. We all did lots of thinking, talking, a bit of crying, and plenty of laughing.
