LOOK have just run their first HPC programme for parents of visually impaired young people.
Sarah comments, “The HPC course helped me dig out some of the old me. It helped me to let down my bubble barriers a little. It helped me to recognize where I need to be kinder to myself and that it’s OK to say “NO” or “I NEED HELP”
Lulu says. “The programme has equipped me with dozens of skill sets on how to face life and my wellbeing.
Daisy says “So glad I invested my time and attended the course. It was a big commitment but it paid off. I am now very aware of the importance of making time for myself, pausing to notice things a bit more than I did previously and look after my wellbeing”
