We’re excited that another academic paper has been published about Healthy Parent Carers.
Alice and Gretchen, along with a wider team, have had their research published in the journal Health Expectations.
The research was conducted in collaboration with colleagues at two national charities, Council for Disabled Children and Contact. This study provides insight and understanding of how the HPC programme can be implemented sustainably outside of the research context. The research was conceived pre-pandemic and serendipitously led to it being modified so it could be successfully delivered remotely using Zoom. The co-created Implementation Logic Model and Implementation Package were subsequently refined to enable the further roll-out of the programme with other delivery partner organisations.
